Over a year later.....

So it has been over a year since my last post. Between a move and the arrival of our darling son, I had forgotten about my blog. Tsk,tsk. Timefor a revival I believe. Perhaps a new title? Definitely a make-over.
I am in love with my new job title: Mom. My days are filled with diapers, giggles and coos, and tripping over peek-a-blocks. I never seem able to catch up with the housework and I am lucky to grab a shower every few days. But it is wonderful!
Some friends and I are starting a monthly ritual, potluck with a theme. So finally, some food to write about! The first potluck is this coming weekend, chez moi. The theme is "Winter Comfort Food". Will take some photos and write about it later.
Time for reading is generally before bed, or when Gabe is napping (which is when I should be cleaning or napping.....). I have a list of books I have read lately that I shall post and review.
Gabe attended his first infant play group today. He was one of the "biggest" infants there. By that I mean he was one of the tallest and most mobile. His first artwork is proudly displayed on the fridge - photo to come. :)
